Talent Catch is recruiting on behalf of a growing Nottingham-based sales and marketing company for ambitious individuals to join its leadership development programme as an Entry Level Manager.

The client specialises in human-to-human marketing and customer acquisition, helping brands grow through direct, results-focused campaigns.

This opportunity is designed for people who want to learn by doing. You'll gain hands-on experience across sales, customer engagement, team development and business operations while receiving structured coaching from experienced mentors.

What You'll Be Doing

• Learning and applying proven customer engagement and sales techniques
• Supporting face-to-face customer acquisition campaigns
• Working alongside experienced leaders to understand campaign performance and client objectives
• Developing communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
• Learning how teams are coached, developed and supported
• Taking on increasing responsibility as your experience and performance develop
• Working towards progression into leadership and management based on results
