Job summary

Landmark Faith Recruiting Solutions in the West Midlands is seeking an IT Support Analyst for a global Christian international relief charity. Entry-level role for a recent IT graduate with familiarity in Windows/macOS, and MS 365 or Google Workspace, plus basic IT concepts.

You will learn quickly, follow processes, and develop strong interpersonal and communication skills while upholding the organisation's Christian ethos. Office-based, 35 hours/week, c£26-£30k + benefits.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree qualification with basic familiarity with Windows and/or macOS environments and with common office productivity tools (Microsoft 365 and/or Google Workspace).
• Demonstrated understanding of basic IT concepts – devices, operating systems, applications & connectivity.
• Ability to learn quickly, follow processes and ask good technical questions; strong interpersonal and communication skills; uphold Christian ethos.
