Mott MacDonald is seeking an Assistant Information Manager to support Information Management and BIM processes across projects in the Buildings Unit. The role is designed as a development pathway, with mentoring from senior Information Managers and exposure to digital delivery tools.

Qualifikationen

• Degree, diploma, apprenticeship, or equivalent experience in Information Management, BIM, Engineering, Construction, Architecture, Digital Delivery, or a related discipline.
• Basic understanding of Information Management and BIM concepts.
• Awareness of Common Data Environments and digital collaboration platforms.

Aufgaben

• Support senior Information Managers in the implementation and delivery of Information Management and BIM project opportunities.
• Assist with the preparation, coordination, and maintenance of project information management documentation.
• Help administer Common Data Environments (CDEs) such as Autodesk Construction Cloud, ProjectWise, and SharePoint.
• Support project teams with information management queries and system usage.
• Assist with information quality checks and compliance monitoring activities.
• Produce simple reports and dashboards to support project teams and digital delivery objectives.
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of information management standards, templates, and guidance.
• Work collaboratively with project stakeholders and other Digital/Project teams.
• Support the collection and analysis of project data and performance metrics.
• Participate in training and professional development activities to build Information Management and BIM capability.
