Job summary

Vickerstock, in partnership with an established civil engineering contractor, seeks a Graduate Health & Safety Advisor to start their career in Health & Safety across civil engineering projects. You will work with experienced H&S professionals and sites, learning about risk management, compliance, and site safety practices.

Qualifications

• Degree (completed or nearing completion) in Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Basic understanding of Health & Safety legislation and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Assist with implementing and maintaining Health & Safety policies, procedures, and systems.
• Support risk assessments, method statements, and safe systems of work.
• Participate in site inspections and audits and follow up on corrective actions.
