Job summary

Riverside is recruiting for a Grow Support Assistant to join our frontline team at Powerhouse, Liverpool. This fixed-term 12-month contract offers an entry-level opportunity with structured training to develop skills in supporting individuals with complex needs and tenancy-related support.

You will work in a homeless service, delivering personalised assistance, signposting to external services, and contributing to safety, records, and group work as part of a committed team.

Qualifications

• Lived experience of multiple disadvantage or limited work experience
• Understanding barriers faced by vulnerable and diverse customer groups

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering personalised support plans.
• Signpost to external support services and community resources.
• Support and move-on planning and tenancy-related matters.
• Maintain accurate records on the digital platform.
• Contribute to housing management and income collection.
