Job summary

Autolus Therapeutics in Stevenage is seeking an Associate Operator or Operator I to join our Production team. This hands-on manufacturing role is based on-site, with shift rotations including early and late schedules in a GMP cleanroom environment.

Candidates for Associate Operator should have no GMP background required, while Operator I requires GMP or cleanroom experience. You will work in a tight-knit team delivering autologous cell therapies with strict quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Appropriate literacy, numeracy and computer skills.
• Further education qualification/degree in STEM or relevant hands-on experience.
• GMP manufacturing experience (depends on level).

Responsibilities

• Execute production processes in accordance with GMP and procedures.
• Operate production and cell-processing equipment.
• Complete production documentation accurately and on time.
• Support cleanroom maintenance, environmental monitoring and transfers.
• Follow safety, quality, GMP and training requirements.
• Identify and raise quality or safety concerns.
