Job summary

Autolus, a biopharmaceutical company in Stevenage, is seeking an Associate Operator / Operator I for on-site manufacturing in GMP cleanrooms. The role involves rotating shifts and hands-on cell processing, with strict adherence to GMP, safety and quality standards.

Two levels are available: Associate Operator (entry level) and Operator I (GxP experience preferred). Training provided; on-site work with bi-weekly shift rotation and protective gowning requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience or aptitude in following procedures and GMP rules.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Willingness to work in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute production processes in accordance with GMP and procedures.
• Operate production and cell-processing equipment.
• Prepare and maintain cleanroom documentation and material transfers.
• Support cleaning, environmental monitoring and safety compliance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement activities.
