Job summary

Autolus is a biopharmaceutical company focused on next-generation T cell therapies for cancer and autoimmune diseases. The QA Operations team ensures GMP-compliant release and continuous improvement across sites in the UK, EU and US, centred at Stevenage.

The QA Associate will support batch release, QA documentation, and inspection readiness while working within a collaborative, fast-paced environment. A relevant BSc and GMP experience are preferred, with opportunities for growth and ongoing

Qualifications

• Higher education required.
• BSc in pharmaceutical services, immunology, biology, chemistry or relevant discipline.
• Experience with GMP systems and controlled documentation.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain GMP compliance in a multi-product facility.
• Assist in batch release related activities and report issues.
• Manage quality documentation and audit trails.
• Review batch manufacturing and quality control records for issues.
• Prepare and check in-process and drug product labels in line with templates.
• Support in generation of departmental metrics and archiving of records.
• Assist preparedness for inspections and adherence to safety policies.
