Daylesford Stays, part of The Bamford Collection, is seeking a dedicated Commis Waiter to join the front-of-house team. This entry-level role offers hands-on learning in a fine dining setting and the chance to develop skills in service etiquette, wine knowledge, and guest communication.

Working 40 hours per week at The Wild Rabbit, the role provides a base salary plus gratuities, with potential total around £32,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position in fine dining hospitality.
• Training provided for all aspects of service.
• Ability to learn wine knowledge and service etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Support senior FOH team during service.
• Prepare and maintain restaurant setup before service.
• Polish cutlery, glassware, and crockery to high standards.
• Shadow senior colleagues to learn fine dining service.
• Anticipate guest needs and assist promptly.
• Coordinate with kitchen and FOH to maintain flow.
