Job summary

Adecco Portugal is assisting in recruiting an Entry Level Administrator for an expanding eCommerce team in Andover. This role suits a recent graduate or someone with administrative experience seeking a career in digital operations and online product management.

You will help ensure product information is accurate and well presented across multiple channels, supporting the team with content updates and data management. Full training is provided, with a clear path to a permanent role.

Qualifications

• Graduate or candidate with previous administrative experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong written/verbal communication.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and managing large amounts of information.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update product information across multiple online platforms.
• Upload and amend product content.
• Ensure stock levels, pricing and product details are accurate at all times.
• Support the introduction of new products.
• Monitor website and marketplace listings, flagging and correcting inaccuracies.
• Manage product records.
• Assist with promotional updates, product launches and seasonal campaigns.
• Work with colleagues across departments to verify product information.
• Perform regular checks on online content for consistency and quality.
• Maintain spreadsheets and databases.
• Investigate listing issues and help resolve queries.
• Support the wider eCommerce team with administrative duties.
