No prior Customer Success experience is required; if you enjoy talking to customers on the phone and have strong communication skills, you’ll fit in quickly and grow with IRIS in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience speaking with customers over the phone in a customer service, sales, support or similar environment.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Able to build rapport and positive customer relationships.

• Keen to learn and develop in tech/customer experience.

• Build positive relationships with customers.
• Help customers understand and get more value from IRIS software.
• Support product adoption, engagement and enablement.
• Manage renewals and help retain customers.
• Speak with customers regularly via phone, email and Microsoft Teams.
• Understand customer needs and propose solutions.
• Take ownership of questions and see them through to resolution.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Support and other teams.
• Develop knowledge of products and customers.
