Enzo Tech Group is seeking an Associate Recruitment Consultant in Greater London. In this role, you will develop commercial and sales skills while managing the recruitment process. You will interact with candidates and clients daily, headhunting top IT talent across Europe.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, good communication skills, and the motivation to build a long-term career in recruitment. This position offers industry-leading training and support, along with a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission.

• Previous sales or recruitment experience is a bonus, not essential.
