Job summary

Synergy Medical is seeking entry-level Care Assistants in Corby, Northamptonshire, for a temporary role within health and social care. You will deliver person-centred care, support daily living activities, and maintain service users' dignity and wellbeing in a team setting.

Experience is not required, but a caring, patient, and respectful attitude is essential. Training and compliance checks will be provided, and you must have the right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Personal Care: Assist with washing, dressing, toileting and other personal hygiene needs.
• Daily Living: Support with everyday activities while encouraging independence and dignity.
• Care Support: Provide practical, emotional, and social support based on individual care needs.
• Monitoring: Observe service users and report changes to senior staff.
• Mobility: Assist with mobility, repositioning and transfers per care plans.
• Communication: Build positive relationships with service users and colleagues.
• Health & Safety: Follow safeguarding, infection control and other care procedures.
