Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist service users with personal care, including washing and dressing.
• Support daily living activities while promoting independence and dignity.
• Provide practical, emotional, and social support based on individual needs.
• Observe and report changes in wellbeing to senior staff.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and safe moving and handling as per care plans.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues, families and other professionals.
• Follow safeguarding, infection control and health & safety procedures.
