Job summary

Nova Founders Capital is seeking an Entrepreneur-in-Residence to join our entrepreneurial team and help build and run parts of our portfolio companies. You will take on high-impact responsibilities, gain rapid experience, and work across European offices.

This role offers a fast-paced path to leadership with direct exposure to leaders and investors. You will drive ventures, craft growth strategies, and support daily operations while expanding your c-suite network and aiming for CEO/CMO/CFO

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree with outstanding results.
• EU/UK work permit.

Your responsibilities

Your tasks will vary, but some of your responsibilities will be:

• Driving projects, such as starting new ventures, creating stellar marketing operations, crafting and executing sales strategies or recruiting and leading A+ teams – basically anything related to building new companies
• Developing and executing strategies as you gain new insights
• Supporting expansion and daily operations
