Job summary

Nova Founders Capital is seeking a Recruiter to own the end-to-end recruitment process from role profiling to interviewing, based at our London HQ. You’ll drive candidate sourcing, screening, assessments and interview design while shaping a fast-growing team.

Join a hands-on entrepreneurial environment where you’ll build our employer brand, source top talent across levels, and help define onboarding processes in collaboration with management.

Qualifications

• Ownership of the full recruitment process from profiling to interviewing.

• Design and run interviews and assess candidates effectively.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of all aspects of the recruitment process, including role profiling, candidate sourcing, CV screening, assessment planning, creating interview scripts and conducting interviews.
• Build a strong employer brand and attract both obvious and covert talents.
• Own the execution of developing and automating recruiting processes.
• Improve the onboarding process in close collaboration with management.

Your responsibilities

Your responsibilities will vary; however, some of them will be to:

• Take ownership of all aspects of the recruitment process, including; role profiling, candidate sourcing, CV screening, assessment planning, creating interview scripts and conducting interviews
• Build a strong employer brand and attracting both the obvious talents (what we call shouting talents) as well as the more covert talents (what we call whispering talents)
• Own the execution of further developing and automating our recruiting processes
• Improve our onboarding process in close collaboration with management
