Job summary

Nova Founders Capital invites a driven Graduate to join a fast-paced entrepreneurial team. You will build, run and scale parts of our portfolio companies, gaining exposure to senior leaders and investors while taking on high-responsibility projects.

As you grow, you’ll develop strategic and operational skills with a view to becoming a future CEO, CMO or CFO within Our Group, supported by a culture that challenges you to move fast and learn continuously.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Masters Degree with outstanding results.
• EU/UK work permit.
• Analytical and structured problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and improve continuously.
• Experience in a startup, consultancy, bank, or top-tier organisation.

Responsibilities

• Drive projects such as starting new ventures, creating stellar marketing operations and executing sales strategies.
• Recruit and lead A+ teams and expand existing businesses.
• Support expansion and daily operations across portfolio companies.

Your responsibilities

Your tasks will vary, but some of your responsibilities will be:

• Driving projects, such as starting new ventures, creating stellar marketing operations, crafting and executing sales strategies or recruiting and leading A+ teams – basically anything related to building new companies


• Developing and executing strategies as you gain new insights


• Supporting expansion and daily operations
