Lancashire County Council's after-school club in Preston is seeking a reliable Out of School Club Assistant to support the Club Manager with high‑quality care and engaging activities for children after school.

You will promote children's physical, emotional, social, and intellectual development, help plan play activities and events, supervise groups, assist with snacks, and handle light admin while ensuring safeguarding and a safe environment.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Support the Club Manager in planning and implementing play activities and outings for children.
• Provide a high standard of care and support for children, including those with special needs.
• Manage and supervise children during club activities, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Assist with the preparation and serving of snacks and meals.
• Help with administrative tasks, such as record-keeping and communication with parents.
• Support the Club Manager in maintaining a clean and safe environment.
• Safeguarding and keeping children safe is our highest priority.
• Assist with the planning and delivery of special events and activities.
