Job summary

Marks Sattin (UK) Ltd is seeking an experienced Systems & Data Project Manager to join a busy transformation programme in Leeds on a hybrid contract, delivering a portfolio of business-critical projects.

You will lead data initiatives, manage suppliers, and work with operational and senior stakeholders to drive delivery across the organisation, with a focus on healthcare, social care, public sector or not-for-profit environments.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering data-focused projects and transformation initiatives.
• Systems implementations, upgrades or platform replacement programmes.
• Managing third-party suppliers and vendor-led deliveries.
• Strong stakeholder management across operational teams and senior leadership.
• Experience working within structured project governance environments.
• Ability to manage risks, dependencies and competing priorities.
• Comfortable operating in changing environments and driving delivery through ambiguity.
