Holland & Barrett is seeking a Director of Group Strategy to own the enterprise strategy, align cross-functional thinking and shape investment decisions at the executive level. You will drive 3–5 year priorities, challenge assumptions and connect growth, profitability and value creation across the business.

You will work directly with the CEO, CFO and Executive Committee, translating ambiguity into clear recommendations and ensuring strategic choices deliver measurable value for the group.

Qualifications

• Significant senior strategy experience shaping enterprise-level decisions.
• Experience in complex, multi-channel environments (Retail/Health & Wellness) is highly relevant.
• Strong commercial and financial lens with experience in value creation, investment cases and scenario modelling.

Responsabilités

• Own H&B's 3–5 year Group strategy and value-creation agenda, turning ambition into clear priorities and trade-offs.
• Connect customer, commercial, financial and operational thinking for enterprise-wide decisions.
• Challenge the business to look beyond the horizon and assess long-term changes (3–10 years).
• Evaluate major investment choices and business cases for economic and strategic fit.
