Cisco's Splunk team is seeking a Technical Account Manager to drive adoption and optimization of the Splunk platform for our strategic customers, bridging gaps between customer needs and product teams. Qualifications

• 5+ years administering and using the Splunk platform.
• 3+ years in Splunk implementation, build, and architecture.
• 2+ years working with Splunk Cloud.
• 1+ years scripting (Bash) and development (Java, Python, .NET).
• Willingness to undergo UK security background checks (SC).

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on enterprise architecture, configuration, and data governance in Splunk Enterprise and Cloud.
• Lead strategic adoption activities with regular meetings and documentation.
• Design and prioritize scalable, performant, integrated solutions.
• Build outcome-focused assessments to drive cost reduction and efficiency.
• Assist customers with capacity and upgrade planning for key events.
• Serve as the primary contact for adoption, enablement, and escalations.
• Monitor and lead interactions with support teams to resolve high-priority cases.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Professional Services on account strategy.
• Contribute to scaling through repeatable processes, collateral, and new tools.
• Identify success stories and opportunities for product upsell and expansion.
