Job summary

Capital Resourcing Group in Oxford is seeking an experienced Enterprise Solutions Architect to own architecture across major business and technology programmes. You will define target-state architectures and guide integration across platforms to deliver scalable, secure enterprise solutions.

You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, lead architecture governance, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to realise digital transformation across the organisation.

We're looking for an experienced Enterprise Solutions Architect to take ownership of architecture across major business and technology programmes. Working across platforms including Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, Salesforce, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, SAP SuccessFactors and Microsoft Fabric, you'll define target-state architectures, guide integration strategy, and ensure solutions are scalable, secure and aligned to business objectives.

You'll act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, lead architecture governance, and work closely with internal teams and third-party partners to deliver robust enterprise-wide solutions.

Key requirements:

• Proven Enterprise Architecture experience across complex environments


• Strong expertise within the Microsoft ecosystem, particularly Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Microsoft Fabric


• Experience architecting integrations across enterprise SaaS platforms


• Strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence at all levels


• Knowledge of architecture governance, roadmaps, standards and best practices
