Sand Technologies in the UK is hiring a Senior Business Analyst to lead strategic and consulting work streams for UK utilities. The role anchors analysis on-site with clients in Devonshire/South West England, supporting AI-enabled situational awareness and regulatory performance commitments.

You will own requirements, shape the strategic narrative, guide junior analysts, and ensure delivery aligns with the business case sold. Strong BA certifications and data/AI delivery experience are valued.

Qualifications

10+ years of business analysis experience on complex, multi-stakeholder engagements.
Experience with requirements lifecycle from discovery through UAT and sign-off.
Ability to frame business cases, benefits realisation and value tracking.

Responsibilities

Own requirements discovery, process mapping, and the strategic narrative.
Write, refine and validate user stories and acceptance criteria.
Design and facilitate requirements workshops and design sessions on-site with clients.
Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate progress, risks and scope changes.
