Job summary

Luxoft is seeking a Senior Semantic Engineer to design and implement semantic data frameworks that standardize enterprise data. You will model ontologies, develop knowledge graphs, and enforce data quality rules while collaborating with AI teams to integrate semantic structures into intelligent applications.

You will design and maintain ontologies using OWL/RDF, build enterprise knowledge graphs, and optimize SPARQL queries.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with OWL/RDF for ontology modelling.
• Strong SPARQL querying and data extraction skills.
• Experience building enterprise knowledge graphs and linked data.
• Solid data modelling principles and integration across heterogeneous sources.
• Programming experience (Python/Java or similar).
• Knowledge of semantic web standards and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ontologies using OWL/RDF.
• Build and manage enterprise knowledge graphs from defined ontologies.
• Create and optimize SPARQL queries and endpoints.
• Implement semantic validation rules (SHACL/OWL constraints).
• Integrate ontology and knowledge graph into data pipelines and APIs.
• Collaborate with AI/ML teams and business stakeholders.
