Job Description:

Raza Engage, the CPaaS venture of Raza Group of Companies, is seeking a high-performing Enterprise Sales Manager - A2P Messaging with extensive experience in the Enterprise/iGaming industry to drive direct sales of our A2P SMS solutions. You will be responsible for identifying and closing business with enterprise-level clients in this fast-paced, high-growth vertical.

Raza Engage offers top-tier messaging solutions to enterprises worldwide, including SMS, RCS, WhatsApp Messaging, Viber Messaging, 2-way communication messages, and emails. These channels collectively represent our cloud-based CPaaS delivery model, enabling companies to embed additional communication features into their existing business processes.

The Account Manager - Messaging responsibilities include:

  • Drive direct sales of our A2P messaging products to enterprise and iGaming customers
  • Develop and execute tailored sales strategies specific to customer needs
  • Leverage your existing network to identify opportunities and close deals
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing
  • Maintain pipeline data and activity tracking using CRM tools
  • Collaborate internally to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded

Your Experience:

  • 4+ years of experience with a strong track record in A2P Messaging sales within the enterprise and iGaming industries
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the CPaaS market, especially A2P messaging and WhatsApp Marketing Automation
  • Deep understanding of the enterprise/iGaming market, including key players and regulatory landscape
  • Experience closing complex deals with enterprise/iGaming clients
  • A consultative, strategic sales approach and ability to work independently
  • Fluency in English (required); additional languages are a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, effective at all levels
  • Team player, target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure
  • Hands-on, passionate, proactive, persistent, creative, and a 'doer'
