We’re now looking for an Enterprise Sales Engineer to join our UK team and help drive this next chapter of growth.

We’re seeking someone who demonstrates a deep sense of curiosity, capable of uncovering mission-critical business challenges and positioning Leapwork as a high-impact, differentiated solution.

The ideal candidate is a driven, energetic self-starter, confident in building trust with both business and technical stakeholders, and skilled at navigating complex enterprise environments. You should be able to articulate business value clearly and precisely, learn quickly, adapt easily, and thrive in fast-paced settings.

Experience in partner-led growth and collaboration with channel and strategic partners to influence deals is essential.

You should be adept at managing multiple high-velocity opportunities simultaneously, maintaining focus on deal quality, strategy, and stakeholder alignment.

We value a strong mix of ambition and emotional intelligence—you should know when to push, when to pause, and how to build confidence throughout the sales cycle. Teamwork, healthy debate, and supporting colleagues are important qualities.

The Role:

As an Enterprise Sales Engineer at Leapwork, you will engage with enterprise customers across the UK & Ireland, guiding them from initial discovery through to executive presentation, solution design, and ROI justification.

Your main focus will be solution selling over multiple complex sales cycles, managing diverse stakeholders within prospects and internally at Leapwork.

You will play a key role in early discovery, delivering compelling value-based demonstrations, conducting business value assessments, technical deep dives, and leading proof-of-value engagements, culminating in strategic presentations to executives.

Success requires a balance of collaboration and individual initiative. You will need to meet personal targets while supporting your team, sharing insights, and contributing to collective growth.

Given Leapwork’s growth stage, you should also provide feedback from the field to refine our product, messaging, and competitive strategies.

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of pre-sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
  • Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (testing domain knowledge is a plus but not mandatory)
  • Experience with MEDDIC sales methodology, as our sales approach is based on this framework
  • Curiosity and intelligence to quickly understand and absorb new information
  • A structured mindset with persistence and tenacity to complete tasks
  • Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly
  • High energy, attention to detail

Location:

This is a hybrid role, combining in-office, on-site, and remote work.

Our headquarters are in Copenhagen, Denmark, with offices across Europe, the US, and Asia. The primary location is our new London Office at St Mary Axe.
