Base pay range

$250,000.00/yr - $300,000.00/yr

The Opportunity

Join us at the ground floor of a massive market transformation. We're seeking an exceptional Enterprise Sales Director to lead our expansion into enterprise markets and capture the explosive demand for real-time data infrastructure.

This is an opportunity to define an entirely new market category. You'll be selling the future to companies that will build the next generation of AI technologies, and you'll have equity upside in a company positioned to become the backbone of real-time data access globally.

Target market: AI companies, data-driven enterprises, and any organization that needs instant access to live, streaming public data.

What You'll Be Building

Strategic Market Development

  • Lead enterprise sales targeting AI companies and data-driven organizations requiring public data access
  • Build the go-to-market strategy for massive scale data access
  • Establish relationships with CTOs and technical leaders at innovative companies
  • Position us as the essential infrastructure for next-generation AI and analytics applications

Revenue Generation & Growth

  • Own and exceed ambitious revenue targets through strategic enterprise deals
  • Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from initial engagement through contract execution
  • Develop compelling value propositions that resonate with technical and business stakeholders
  • Create and nurture a robust pipeline of high-value enterprise opportunities

Market Intelligence & Positioning

  • Become the expert on data access, edge computing, and distributed data infrastructure
  • Articulate why decentralized data access will replace traditional centralized systems
  • Shape product roadmap based on enterprise customer needs

Partnership & Ecosystem Development

  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with AI platforms, cloud providers, and technology integrators
  • Work closely with our technical team to ensure seamless customer onboarding and success
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop thought leadership content and case studies
  • Build relationships within the broader AI and data infrastructure ecosystem

What We're Looking For

Experience & Background

  • 5+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quotas and closing complex deals
  • 3+ years selling to AI/ML companies, data platforms, or infrastructure solutions with deep understanding of technical buyer personas
  • Experience with consumption-based or usage-based pricing models and the ability to articulate value in terms of scale and efficiency
  • Track record of managing sales cycles $500K+ with multiple stakeholders and technical evaluation processes
  • Background selling to technical decision-makers including CTOs, Chief Data Officers, and VP of Engineering roles

Industry Expertise

  • Deep understanding of the AI/ML ecosystem and the data infrastructure challenges companies face at scale
  • Knowledge of data processing, streaming systems, and distributed infrastructure with ability to engage in technical conversations
  • Experience with enterprise data workflows and understanding how data bottlenecks limit AI application performance
  • Familiarity with public data access challenges and the limitations of current data infrastructure

Skills & Competencies

  • Executive presence and communication skills with ability to present to C-level executives and technical leaders
  • Strategic thinking and market development capabilities with experience building new market categories
  • Collaborative approach with ability to work closely with technical teams, product management, and customer success
  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving product offerings
  • Analytical mindset with experience using CRM systems, sales analytics, and data-driven decision making.

  • Build relationships with key prospects in the AI/ML ecosystem and enterprise market
  • Complete technical training and become proficient in articulating our value proposition to technical audiences
  • Establish a robust pipeline of qualified enterprise opportunities worth $2M+ in potential ARR

6 Months

  • Close your first enterprise deals and establish proof points for our go-to-market strategy
  • Develop case studies and reference customers that can be leveraged for future sales efforts
  • Build strategic partnerships with key players in the AI infrastructure ecosystem
  • Contribute to product roadmap discussions based on customer feedback and market insights

12 Months

  • Achieve or exceed annual revenue targets through strategic enterprise account development
  • Establish us as a recognized leader in privacy-preserving AI infrastructure within your territory
  • Build a repeatable sales process that can be scaled as the team grows
  • Mentor and support additional sales team members as we expand our go-to-market organization
