Job summary

Taktile is seeking a Technical Program Manager to join the Platform team. You will own end-to-end programs spanning engineering, product, security, and sales, driving enterprise readiness and audit preparation.

You will work with engineers, EMs, and Legal to ensure clear owners, dates, and measurable outcomes. You will operate with a written-first, low-overhead style, holding senior ICs and EMs accountable and challenging trade-offs with credibility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Technical Program Manager in SaaS
• Proven track record driving cross-functional programs
• Experience with enterprise-readiness including audits
• Technical credibility with cloud-native platforms (AWS, CI/CD, microservices)
• Experience improving developer experience or platform metrics

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program management for 3–5 cross-functional initiatives
• Drive Enterprise readiness programs across Platform/Product/Sales
• Lead security program initiatives (audit prep, risk burn-down)
• Steer AI enablement rollout across functions with the AI Tooling Eng.
