Job summary

Finastra is a global leader in financial services software, seeking a Strategic Account Manager for the Payments segment in Europe. The role focuses on high-visibility enterprise accounts within major banks, driving new bookings through consultative sales and strong relationships.

You will manage complex enterprise deals, coordinate with product, technology and procurement teams, and travel up to 40% to engage key stakeholders across banks. Hybrid work arrangements are available.

Qualifications

• Significant outside sales experience selling enterprise software, SaaS or FinTech solutions.
• Knowledge of the banking vertical is required.
• Ability to build relationships and grow a book of business using consultative sales.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain customer success through active account management and create opportunities for additional business.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline with ongoing development activity.
• Proactively expand relationships within the account base.
