Job summary

Pleo is seeking an Enterprise Customer Onboarding Manager to own onboarding for large enterprise customers across Europe and the UK. You’ll be the bridge between technology and business impact, ensuring a smooth, strategic rollout.

You’ll build relationships with senior stakeholders, align project timelines, configure Pleo to client needs, and drive adoption through training and best practices, reporting to the Manager of Customer Onboarding.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of direct enterprise onboarding or customer success experience.
• Five+ years in customer-facing roles (CS, account management, consulting, implementation).

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with senior and executive stakeholders and act as a credible advisor.
• Align with customers on timelines, scope, resources, and integration requirements.
• Configure Pleo for users, activations, limits, cards, integration and compliance.
• Assist in training and drive user adoption to maximize value.
• Track engagements and contribute to revenue recognition and handovers to Customer Success.
