Comcast Business is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end customer migration projects as organisations move to Comcast Business solutions. You will coordinate multi-site network migrations involving technologies such as SD-WAN (Fortinet and Cisco Meraki), MPLS, VPLS, broadband and 4G/5G connectivity.

You will act as the customer’s main delivery contact, coordinate architects and engineers, translate complex information into clear plans and ensure safe, predictable outcomes

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience delivering customer-facing network or telecommunications projects at enterprise scale.
• Experience coordinating SD-WAN, WAN, broadband, Ethernet or mobile connectivity deployments; knowledge of Fortinet or Cisco Meraki is particularly relevant.
• Understanding of UK telecommunications delivery, including site readiness, wayleaves, carrier dependencies, engineer visits, service activation and acceptance.
• Strong project controls capability including planning, critical-path management, financial forecasting, RAID management, governance and change control.
• Ability to interpret network diagrams, site and circuit data, IP and port information, and collaborate effectively with technical specialists.

Responsabilités

• Lead customer-facing network projects from mobilisation and planning through implementation, migration, service acceptance and handover.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, quality, dependencies and customer outcomes, maintaining clear ownership throughout delivery.
• Act as the primary delivery contact for enterprise customers, translating technical information into clear plans and updates.
• Coordinate solution architects, network engineers, suppliers, carriers and operational teams to deliver SD-WAN, WAN and connectivity solutions.
• Develop and manage implementation and migration plans, including testing, change approvals, communications and rollback arrangements.
• Lead phased migrations and out-of-hours change windows with controlled activities and risk management.
• Maintain project plans, RAID and decision logs, financial forecasts and change controls; escalate issues early.
• Run project governance and provide concise progress reporting to customers, delivery teams and senior stakeholders.
• Define service-readiness criteria, coordinate pre- and post-migration testing, secure customer acceptance and handover into business-as-usual support.
