Job summary

Comcast Business is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end customer migration projects as organisations move from their existing providers to Comcast Business solutions. You will coordinate multi-site networks, SD-WAN, WAN, and connectivity initiatives, translating technical plans into clear, actionable steps.

The role requires strong project governance, stakeholder management, and the ability to manage complex budgets and timelines across enterprise clients in the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering customer-facing network or telecom projects at enterprise scale.
• Coordinating SD-WAN, WAN, broadband, Ethernet or mobile deployments; Fortinet or Meraki knowledge is advantageous.
• Understanding of MPLS, VPLS, routing, NAT, QoS, ACLs, and overlay/underlay design.
• Experience planning migrations, phased implementation, testing, rollback, and service transition.
• Knowledge of UK telecom delivery, including site readiness, wayleaves, carrier dependencies, and activations.
• Strong governance, budgeting, RAID, and reporting controls.
• Ability to interpret network diagrams and data; effective with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; commercial awareness with budgets and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer-facing network projects from mobilisation to handover.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, quality, and dependencies.
• Serve as primary delivery contact for enterprise customers.
• Coordinate solution architects, network engineers, suppliers and carriers.
• Develop implementation and migration plans, testing, and rollback procedures.
• Lead phased migrations and manage out-of-hours change windows.
• Maintain RAID logs, financial forecasts, and governance artifacts.
• Provide progress reporting to customers and senior stakeholders.
• Define service-readiness criteria and post-migration handover.
• Capture lessons learned to improve templates and playbooks.
