Job summary

Fospha, the measurement system for enterprise retail and ecommerce brands, is seeking a Marketing Science specialist in London. You will be the technical authority for the Enterprise tier, linking Customers, Customer Success, Data Science and Product to convert advanced models into trusted, actionable business decisions.

You will lead post-sales value delivery: designing first-party incrementality tests, calibrating models, and building learning agendas for clients, translating complex analytics

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing science, data analytics, or technical account management.
• Deep understanding of Media Mix Modeling (MMM), Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA), incrementality testing, and the broader AdTech ecosystem, including Meta, Google, and TikTok.

Responsibilities

• Client-facing support for model trust and methodology escalations.
• Design first-party incrementality tests and calibrate models.
• Capture field feedback and feed insights to Product and Data Science teams.
• Create definitive technical collateral and internal training to raise data literacy.
