Job Description:

Join a new UK team to support Teleperformance in developing opportunities with enterprise-level B2B targets.

Location: Remote or Hybrid (Flexible)

Department: Business Development

Reports to: Director of Market Engagement

Hours: Full time (37.5 hours per week)

Role Overview

The Enterprise Inside Sales Manager focuses on building a pipeline of opportunities, using channels like calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other prospecting tools to identify and engage potential clients. Prior experience in sourcing and developing enterprise-scale deals is essential. Responsibilities include researching target profiles, crafting personalized outreach, prequalifying leads, nurturing relationships, scheduling meetings, and coordinating with the sales team to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Research target companies and decision-makers across sectors such as Banking, Insurance, Retail, Automotive, Travel, Logistics, Telco, Media, and FMCG. Build and maintain lists using LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and CRM databases. Qualify leads to ensure alignment with target criteria.
  • Initial Outreach: Contact potential clients via calls, emails, and social media to understand their needs and challenges. Manage virtual accounts to generate interest and create leads. Craft personalized messages tailored to each prospect.
  • Follow-Up and Nurturing: Follow up persistently with non-responders, providing relevant resources to build interest.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule discovery calls or meetings, confirm details, and brief prospects accordingly.
  • Data Management: Keep CRM updated with lead information, activities, and interactions. Track response and conversion metrics.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes. Collaborate with marketing to identify new opportunities and segments. Understand prospects' business challenges to tailor solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams for strategy alignment and lead handoff. Provide insights from prospect interactions and analyze outreach effectiveness for continuous improvement.
Key Requirements
  • Experience in sourcing and developing enterprise deals.
  • Degree in Business, Sales, or related field (preferred).
  • 1-2 years in B2B sales, business development, or similar roles focusing on prospecting and lead generation.
  • Experience in BPO, CX management, or related fields is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to generate and qualify leads within a structured sales framework.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and prospecting platforms (Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo).
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
  • Experience with cold outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
