Qualifications

• 3+ years managing inside B2B sales teams.
• Experience building an Inside Sales team.
• Experience with large enterprises.
• Track record of quota achievement.
• Proven coaching and training of new sales hires.

Responsibilities

• Measure performance of the inside sales team and mentor the group.
• Be accountable for KPIs and quotas.
• Collaborate with Sales Enablement to refresh skills.
• Lead day-to-day operations of Inside Sales with strategic focus.
• Engage with prospects and customers to understand problems and propose CDM Media solutions.
• Coordinate with Global Sales to close opportunities in EMEA.
• Ensure CRM data accuracy and pipeline visibility.
• Drive revenue growth through active pipeline management.
• Foster a high-performance culture with aligned incentives.
• Develop new net logos and expand footprint in existing clients.
