Job summary

AdviserPlus is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to partner with enterprise employers across outsourced Employee Relations, HR software and advisory services. You will build trusted relationships with HR leaders, lead strategic reviews and craft tailored success plans to drive growth and value.

You will work remotely with occasional travel to client sites, and you’ll be supported by a leading HR technology and advisory provider with a strong UK footprint.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in Employee Relations, HR, or HR advisory.
• Experience in Customer Success/Account Management within HR tech or professional services.
• CIPD Level 5+ or equivalent HR qualification.
• Strong knowledge of UK Employment Law and ER best practice.
• Experience building relationships with senior HR leaders and enterprise stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted, long-term relationships with senior HR and ER stakeholders.
• Lead quarterly and annual service reviews and strategic planning sessions.
• Develop tailored Customer Success Plans aligned to customers' people strategy and commercial objectives.
• Identify opportunities to grow accounts through software, advisory and professional services.
• Monitor health, product adoption, and account activity to identify risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Support to deliver joined-up outcomes.
• Drive retention and contribute to net revenue retention and long-term growth.
