Job summary

Civica, a global GovTech software provider, is seeking an experienced Enterprise Data Architect to own the enterprise data architecture and guide a major transformation programme. You will shape how data flows across the organisation, establish governance and standards, and lead patterns for integration, migration and AI enablement in partnership with senior leaders and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop Civica's enterprise data and integration architecture strategy
• Document and define current-state and future-state data architecture across the organisation
• Design scalable data models, integration patterns, and migration strategies that support business transformation
• Provide architectural leadership across major programmes including ERP, professional services automation, integration, and data transformation initiatives
• Provide expert advice and guidance data governance standards, quality controls, and master data management approaches
• Support large-scale data migration activities
• Define transition states from legacy to target architectures
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure architectural alignment and successful delivery
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear business language for executive and non‑technical audiences
• Provide oversight and guidance on data security, compliance, and regulatory requirements
• Act as the subject matter authority for enterprise data architecture across central functions

Key Responsibilities

• Own and develop Civica's enterprise data and integration architecture strategy
• Document and define current-state and future-state data architecture across the organisation
• Design scalable data models, integration patterns, and migration strategies that support business transformation
• Provide architectural leadership across major programmes including ERP, professional services automation, integration, and data transformation initiatives
