Job summary

Amazon in the United Kingdom and Ireland seeks a quota-carrying sales specialist focused on cloud migration and modernization. You will build pipeline, engage CXOs, and craft transformation roadmaps that deliver measurable business value across AWS.

You will lead end-to-end deals across migration, modernization, data activation and AI deployment, working with AWS teams and partners to accelerate customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or sales management of infrastructure or cloud technology.
• Experience in management of large, complex enterprise accounts or equivalent.
• Experience in large-scale deal negotiations with a successful track record.
• Experience in virtualization environments based on Microsoft Hyper-V, KVM, and VMware products.
• Experience of large-scale migration/data centre exit projects and key migration phases.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer objectives and map them to migrations and modernization roadmaps.
• Generate and manage pipeline for AWS Migrations and Modernisations in the UK & Ireland.
• Close M&M deals with priority customers, linking migration to broader platform value.
• Develop and execute campaigns, routes to market, and identify untapped segments.
• Position AI and GenAI as outcomes after migration to drive business transformation.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Partners, and Product teams to close deals.
