Job summary

Fruition Group is seeking a hands-on Blockchain / DLT Developer to join a growing technology team building distributed ledger solutions for financial services. This role focuses on private/permissioned systems, not just public Web3.

You will work across permissioned DLT, smart contracts and public-chain technologies to support an enterprise blockchain platform. You’ll collaborate with architects, engineers, product teams and clients, developing protocol and tooling, integrating APIs and backend

Qualifications

Hands-on private/permissioned/enterprise DLT experience (e.g. Hyperledger Fabric, Besu, Corda, Quorum).
Strong fundamentals in consensus, cryptography, tokenisation, and DLT architecture.
Experience with Solidity/Ethereum smart contracts.
Experience with security tokens, digital assets or tokenisation.
Strong development skills in Go, Java, Python or Node.js.
Experience with Web3 tooling (Web3.js, Ethers.js, Hardhat, Foundry).
Ideally experience in financial services or fintech.

Responsibilities

Build and deploy private/permissioned DLT and smart contract solutions.
Develop blockchain applications for financial services, digital assets and capital markets.
Contribute to a proprietary enterprise blockchain platform including protocol and tooling development.
Integrate DLT with APIs, backend services and wider platform infrastructure.
Work with Ethereum, Hedera, Algorand and enterprise DLT technologies.
Build, test and optimise secure smart contracts.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, product teams and clients.
