Delta Capita is seeking a Back End Developer to design and implement the backend architecture for MACH, our DLT platform for financial services. You will craft secure, scalable backend systems and integrate with blockchain components while delivering robust APIs and microservices.

You will work with Java-based services, RESTful interfaces, and containerised deployments, contributing to performance improvements, security hardening, and CI/CD workflows in a hybrid London/ Ipswich environment.

Qualifikationen

• Strong experience in backend Java development.
• Proficiency in building RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Experience with databases and query optimisation.
• Familiarity with authentication and encryption for backend systems.
• Hands-on with containerisation (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of blockchain/DLT backend integration is a plus.

• Design, develop, and maintain backend systems for MACH’s blockchain/DLT solutions.
• Build and optimise APIs, microservices, and system integrations.
• Collaborate with blockchain architects on smart contract integration.
• Ensure performance, scalability, and security of backend services.

• Implement CI/CD pipelines and document technical designs.
