Job summary

Fruition Group is seeking a hands-on Blockchain / DLT Developer to join a growing technology team building distributed ledger solutions for financial services. This role focuses on private/permissioned systems, not just public Web3.

You will work across permissioned DLT, smart contracts and public-chain technologies to support an enterprise blockchain platform. You’ll collaborate with architects, engineers, product teams and clients, developing protocol and tooling, integrating APIs and backend

Qualifications

• Hands-on private/permissioned/enterprise DLT experience (e.g. Hyperledger Fabric, Besu, Corda, Quorum).
• Strong fundamentals in consensus, cryptography, tokenisation, and DLT architecture.
• Experience with Solidity/Ethereum smart contracts.
• Experience with security tokens, digital assets or tokenisation.
• Strong development skills in Go, Java, Python or Node.js.
• Experience with Web3 tooling (Web3.js, Ethers.js, Hardhat, Foundry).
• Ideally experience in financial services or fintech.

We're looking for someone who has genuine hands-on experience building and deploying enterprise or permissioned blockchain solutions - not solely public-chain / Web3 experience.
