Global Payments Inc. is seeking an experienced Bid Manager to lead strategic enterprise proposals within the Enterprise Sales Enablement team. You will coordinate qualification, response planning, and final submission, working with Sales, Legal, Pricing, and other experts to deliver compelling, compliant bids.

You’ll craft win themes, executive summaries, and tailored content, ensuring clear, persuasive messaging aligned with Worldpay/Global Payments value proposition and brand standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering complex enterprise proposals.
• Experience across qualification, compliance, response planning, and submission.
• Proven writing and storytelling skills to translate complex info.
• Experience with large tenders and multi-instruction requirements.
• Strong project and stakeholder management, cross-functional coordination.
• Excellent English communication for executive and technical audiences.

Responsabilités

• Lead RFIs, RFPs from kickoff to final submission.
• Build and manage proposal plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Pricing, and more.
• Ensure compliance and quality across responses.
• Develop win themes and executive summaries.
• Facilitate reviews and escalate gaps to protect quality.
