Job summary

Worldpay (Uk) Limited is seeking an experienced Bid Manager to join our Enterprise Sales Enablement team and lead strategic opportunities from qualification through final submission.

You will collaborate with Sales, Legal, Pricing, Solutions Consulting, and other specialists to craft compliant, compelling responses, develop win themes, and ensure high-quality proposals that position Worldpay as the partner of choice.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience developing and managing successful proposals for enterprise bids.
• Experience managing full proposal lifecycle including qualification, compliance, planning, reviews, production and submission.
• Hands-on experience with Loopio or comparable proposal management software.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead complex RFIs, RFPs, and strategic proposal efforts from kickoff to final submission.
• Build and manage the proposal plan, timeline, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Pricing, Solutions Consulting, and other SMEs to develop accurate, differentiated responses.
• Drive stakeholder accountability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality material.
• Develop win themes, executive summaries, and tailored proposal content that highlight Worldpay value.
• Write and refine responses to ensure clarity, persuasiveness, and client focus across the submission.
• Interpret tender instructions and ensure all questions, attachments, and approvals are addressed before submission.
• Lead kickoffs, reviews, and status calls to keep pursuits on track.
• Maintain Worldpay tone of voice and branding in all responses.
• Capture lessons learned for future bids and process improvements.
