Job summary

Accenture plc is seeking an Enterprise Architecture Consultant to join the ITSA practice in London, with delivery across multiple UK cities. The role involves shaping enterprise architecture strategy, facilitating governance, and delivering roadmaps for transforming clients' technology estates.

You will work with C-suite stakeholders, apply Lean and Agile principles, and collaborate across business and technology teams to realise architecture goals and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience across enterprise architecture domains: business, application, data and technology.
• Experience designing cloud, data-platform and AI solutions, incl. GenAI.
• Knowledge of IT governance and TOGAF or similar frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of enterprise architecture engagements modernising client technology estate.
• Assess business strategy and trends to drive architecture change across EA domains.
• Co-create enterprise architecture vision, strategy and roadmap aligned to objectives.
• Develop actionable transformation plans for large-scale environments using Lean/Agile principles.
• Support value cases and investment justifications guiding architecture decisions.
• Communicate key architectural decisions with stakeholders across roles.
• Provide architecture governance through transformation programmes.
• Create EA blueprints for end-to-end landscape (applications, integrations, data).
• Design and govern data and AI platform capabilities, operating models, roadmaps.
• Conduct vendor/platform and EA maturity assessments for clients.
• Leverage AI tools for research and analysis, validated with domain knowledge.
• Lead defined workstreams and mentor junior colleagues to deliver on time, budget, quality.
• Produce high-quality documents and deliverables for C-suite audiences.
