Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Technology Strategy Manager to lead technology strategy engagements across London, Manchester and Edinburgh. You will shape AI-enabled roadmaps, orchestrate large teams, and drive value through enterprise AI, data strategies and business-case development.

You will partner with senior leaders to align technology investments with business priorities, manage client relationships, and contribute to growth of the ITSA practice. Travel up to 100% is expected as needed.

• Own workstreams and delivery within technology strategy engagements
• Assess current technology footprint and prioritize value creation opportunities
• Define and co-create technology vision including AI and GenAI
• Design operating models and roadmaps integrating AI capabilities
• Build value and business cases aligned to client planning cycles
• Facilitate consensus across business and technology stakeholders
• Ensure traceability between business priorities and roadmaps
• Shape enterprise AI and data strategies and roadmaps for scaling
• Build relationships with senior client stakeholders and identify opportunities for new work
• Support sales origination by shaping proposals and statements of work
• Lead medium-to-large teams with clear objectives and standards
• Coach and develop team members and contribute to hiring decisions
• Own quality of deliverables for C-suite presentations
• Contribute to growth of Accenture ITSA practice through capability-building and thought leadership
