Job summary

Mace is seeking a Global Head of Enterprise Architecture who will shape and steer the architecture strategy across the organisation, interfacing with C-suite leaders and key stakeholders. The role requires a hands-on leader capable of managing acquisitions, carve-outs and complex transitions in a PE-backed environment.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership experience in technology functions at senior level.
• Proven ability to define and steer enterprise architecture strategy across a portfolio.
• Experience with private equity-backed M&A, carve-outs or divestments is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise architecture portfolio across the organisation and align with business strategy.
• Define high-level architecture strategies, policies, standards and practices.
• Own portfolio planning, budgeting and resource requirements, ensuring regulatory and reporting compliance.
• Drive performance improvements, innovation and adoption of new digital tools.
• Provide executive leadership and mentoring to senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with group digital leadership to shape the strategic agenda and policy adoption.
