Axiologik in Leeds is seeking an Enterprise Architect to provide architectural leadership in client engagements and shape transformation strategy at executive level. You will own architecture definitions and drive technology roadmaps across large change programmes.

Responsibilities include acting as trusted advisor to C-suite, growing key client relationships, and delivering enterprise-wide architecture strategies aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Enterprise Architect, Chief Architect, Lead Architect, or Digital Strategist in consulting.
• Knowledge of CRM, ERP, and IDAM, plus cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
• Experience designing operating models and leading improving flow in environments.
• Data practitioner at strategic or technical level.
• Experience driving new digital consulting business with ownership of commercial targets.
• Exposure to regulated or critical infrastructure environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide architectural and technology leadership in client engagements.
• Act as trusted advisor to C-suite and boards shaping strategy beyond a single engagement.
• Own and grow strategic client relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Lead architecture definition and leadership in large change programmes.
• Lead technology selection and create enterprise roadmaps.
• Define and deliver architecture strategies aligned to client business goals.
• Influence policy and strategy, guiding programme and organisational direction.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to agree enterprise-level trade-offs.
• Use analytics to drive transformation across multiple sectors.
• Define execution models in digital, agile, and product-centric environments.
• Manage architecture teams, set objectives, ensure outcomes.
• Adapt to complex environments, address gaps and uncertainty.
• Drive best practice across portfolios and programmes, assure quality.
• Produce models of strategy, architectures, and operating models for audiences.
• Prepare and present high-standard reports to technical and executive audiences.
• Ensure client security, regulatory, and compliance needs are met.
• Support commercial delivery and contractual commitments.
• Lead development of new services for Architecture practice.
• Collaborate on new offerings and represent the practice in cross-functional teams.
• Support new business development through bids and pre-sales engagements.
• Develop reusable IP and strengthen value proposition.
• Build relationships with suppliers, partners, colleagues across business.
• Participate in industry forums to expand knowledge.
• Develop technical skills via certifications and training.
