Job summary

Uniper is seeking an Enterprise Architect to define and evolve the enterprise architecture and technology strategy. You will lead architecture activities for strategic programmes, develop roadmaps, standards and governance, and provide assurance across change portfolios to align with business strategy and standards.

Expect to influence technology decisions with suppliers and drive long-term transformation. The role requires strong business-technology translation, senior stakeholder influence,

Qualifications

• TOGAF certified (or working towards certification)
• Significant experience in enterprise architecture within large, international organisations
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior levels
• Experience managing strategic suppliers and outsourced service providers
• Strong understanding of business strategy and its translation into technology roadmaps
• Demonstrated ability to lead change in complex organisational environments

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve Uniper's enterprise architecture and technology strategy
• Lead architecture activities for strategic programmes and major investments (€1m-€10m+)
• Develop architecture roadmaps, standards and strategic recommendations for executive review and governance approval
• Provide architecture assurance across change portfolios, ensuring alignment with business strategy, technology standards and target architectures
• Influence technology, sourcing and vendor decisions to maximise business value and minimise risk
• Establish and maintain enterprise architecture standards, principles and governance processes
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior business and IT stakeholders on strategic technology decisions
• Drive simplification, standardisation and long-term technology transformation across the enterprise.

Your responsibilities

• Define and evolve Uniper's enterprise architecture and technology strategy.
• Lead architecture activities for strategic programmes and major investments (€1m-€10m+)
• Develop architecture roadmaps, standards and strategic recommendations for executive review and governance approval
• Provide architecture assurance across change portfolios, ensuring alignment with business strategy, technology standards and target architectures
• Influence technology, sourcing and vendor decisions to maximise business value and minimise risk
• Establish and maintain enterprise architecture standards, principles and governance processes
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior business and IT stakeholders on strategic technology decisions
• Drive simplification, standardisation and long-term technology transformation across the enterprise.

Your profile

• Expert knowledge in one or more technology domains with the ability to bridge business and technology
• Significant experience in enterprise architecture within large, international organisations
• TOGAF certified (or equivalent) or working towards certification
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Proven track record delivering business and technology transformation initiatives
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior and executive levels
• Experience managing strategic suppliers and outsourced service providers
• Strong understanding of business strategy and its translation into technology roadmaps
• Demonstrated ability to lead change in complex organisational environments
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
