Deloitte is seeking graduates for its ERP-focused offerings within the Enterprise Technology & Performance group in the UK. You’ll work on large-scale technology transformations, from design to implementation, using SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics and Workday.
The role blends client engagement, requirements gathering and delivery documentation. You’ll operate in a hybrid setup, with a mix of office and home working, and may visit client sites.

The Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) offering in Enterprise Technology & Performance (ET&P) team helps clients to be the best they can be, using technology like SAP, Oracle, Workday and Microsoft Dynamics.
We work with their most senior leaders to help them digitise and modernise their organisations from the ground up, with innovative technologies in finance, supply chain and IT.
Our teams combine strategic thinking, advisory services, AI and cutting-edge technology to move organisations away from outdated on-premises systems and onto new cloud-based platforms.

What skills and academic qualifications do I need?
You’ll need to have obtained or be studying towards a minimum 2:1 in any degree discipline and have graduated by September 2027 for the Autumn 2027 intake.

Where will I work?
At Deloitte we recognise how important face-to-face interaction is for your development in a new role. We also understand that our people need flexibility, which is why we operate a hybrid system, with a combination of office and home working. If you’re in a client-facing role, you might be expected to attend client sites on certain days, while your meetings will be a mix of online and in-person events. Please note your final assessment and induction will also be in-person, to give you the opportunity to network and build relationships.
