Job summary

Marex Group is seeking an Application Support Analyst to take ownership of day-to-day incidents and provide technical support for enterprise applications. You will work with business stakeholders and engineering teams to troubleshoot issues, manage outages and improve service availability.

The role requires experience with AWS, REST APIs and monitoring tools, and a proactive, process-driven approach. Based in London, the position offers exposure to global platforms and a collaborative IT culture

Qualifications

• Solid background in Windows and Linux/Unix OS.
• Experience supporting applications and infrastructure hosted within AWS.
• Experience with REST APIs, API gateways and microservices.
• Experience using Grafana and Splunk for monitoring and logging.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for all Marex enterprise platforms to internal and external clients.
• Offer second- and third-line support to business users.
• Manage incidents per ITIL standards and drive restoration.
• Support applications and infrastructure hosted within AWS.
• Assist with CI/CD deployments and release governance.
